Hi! I'm Kyla Suelyn and I am 9 months old today. I'm a big girl...and not going to be modest...I'm pretty cute! Join me while I take you through my day!
First, do you see my hair clip. I have hair...long enough for a clip. This fact makes my mommy very happy!
I am a very happy and joyful baby and my parents call me the perfect baby, except for one TINY glitch in my overall perfection...I don't sleep. I average about an hour - total - during the day and at night I think its fun to get up all. the. time. I wish I could tell my mommy what is wrong (and I think she wishes that too). She is always asking Jesus to give me peace and rest as she puts me to bed. She knows that God hears her, but I think she is getting a little frustrated.
I have found out that standing up is awesome...and I want to do it all day long...well until my legs start to burn and I call out to mom. This exercise stuff is hard work! I also like to wave (not so much when I'm standing because I need both hands). Next time you see me, wave...and you just might get one in return:) Talking is so much fun. I could listen to my voice all day long. I also like to imitate people. Clicking my tongue is my new thing.
Toys = a slice of heaven. I love to sit and play with my toys, but only for a short while because I have the urge to move and explore.
That's right folks...I can crawl now. It's an army crawl, but it gets the job done. I think my brothers are not as excited about it as I am. I think they are getting annoyed with me moving and ruining their train tracks, but i can't help it, they taste so good! Freedom...I can go anywhere I want! Well until I hear mommy say "No, No, Kyla"...but who are we kidding...I stop and smile at her. Make her think she is boss...and then keep going on my way.
Like for Samson's water dish. I LOVE playing in the water dish. My goal every time I am on the floor is to somehow find my way to this blue bowl of fun. This is me stopping and smiling at mom...I like to play the cuteness card whenever I can. One day Daddy was watching me and had to change my clothes 3 times because I kept getting into the bowl...he'll learn:) I also like to crawl under the table and find leftover crumbs from the meals that my brothers have kindly left for me. Yum! I don't know why mommy has to dig her finger in my mouth whenever I find my treasures? She acts like they have been there for awhile or something.
Food! Milk is great, but give me the veggies and carbs please. Oh and I am totally over baby food. I don't even let mom get baby food into my mouth...it's all table foods for this big girl!
Bath time ends my day and it is so much fun. I like playing with my brothers and splashing. We are quickly running out of room so I don't know how much longer it will last.

she is so stinky cute and precious. i was so glad you asked me to watch her at church last week :) granted she slept most of the time, but she has a great smile when she is awake!
I love how you wrote it from Kyla's view point! That was very creative!
