Easter weekend was so wonderful...minus Greg's absence (he was on a trip to Florida all weekend...rough, I know...actually, he was very disappointed that he missed the holiday with family). I had our niece JoEllen come and spend the night with me on Friday. On Saturday my cousin Alyssa came for the evening. Then on Sunday, we spent the day with my family. Every year for Easter my mom has a huge Easter egg hunt for the kids. It's fun for the kids to find and fun for the adults to watch. This year since Jarrett was able to participate we had each of the kids take turns to find their eggs (mostly because there were more eggs than hiding places). When it was Jarrett's turn, he just took off like he's been finding eggs for years. We didn't really "hide" his, we just layed them around the house. He'd see one, point, say "oh", grab the egg and whip it into his basket. Quite hilarious! He had so much fun.
Here is Jett in his Easter outfit. Who knew dressing boys for Easter would be so much fun. Forget the dresses...I love the airplanes:) Isn't he so handsome.
