Three amazing kids...equals...One blessed mama!
A few things that have been keeping us busy...
Lots and lots of activity. I can only get these boys to sit still long enough to take a poo (or watch Dora) and then its run, run, run again:) See that letter puzzle? Pretty sure between the boys it has had over a 1000 hours of playtime since the beginning of the year. My mom found that at a garage sale for 25 cents and its been worth $25 in my eyes. Some days I'm like, "Really? The letter puzzle again!" But I'm glad that fun to them, is learning...
Trains. Trains. Trains...and now some cars in the mix. We have finally started to shift from trains 24/7 into the world of matchbox cars. We also moved the train table downstairs in hopes that they would use the basement more, but instead they have found interest in their other toys. Which isn't all bad. I love the imagination at work:)
Recently we had our future daughter-in-law over for a playdate:) The girl to the left of Jett is the girl from preschool that he loves...and that flame is still burning:) He claims that they are going to get married. And have a cat:) Cute isn't she! He's got good taste! Of course there was adult supervision at all times!
Drama. Drama. Drama. Jett lost his first tooth this week. After many, many tears. Pleads. Begging. And a $60 dentist visit...he is minus a tooth and a dollar richer. We were under pressure to get the tooth out because his big tooth was already coming in. Have I mentioned that I hate pulling teeth? The thought, feel and sound of a tooth coming out makes me want to vomit. Yep, just gagged thinking about it.
Learning. Learning. Learning....with a bit of exerice. I am trying to come up with creative ways to help the boys learn their numbers. I put post-it notes of the numbers (11-25) on the door and would call out a number and they would have to run and slap the number. It was fun, but next time I won't put so many up, too overwhelming. I think I'll just do ten numbers at a time. Live and learn.
Where's Kyla?

What a cute update!
You had me laughing girl! Love the picture where it oddly looks like Jett's head is in the pot (or bucket) ;0 And the numbers on the door idea -- genius! I'm trying this one out.
I laughed at your second picture too cuz it looks like Jett's head was swallowed by the plant pot! HA! Great post...your kids are GROWING UP! ahhH!!
Yup, I love this blog! I want to steal that train track idea, b/c there really is so many ways one can build a track! Oh, and I want to give Kyla a squeeze :)
OH gosh, that picture of Kyla at the end is priceless!!! LOVE it!
